Unbelievably poor service today. Incredible unfriendly staff that behaved as if we were an inconvenience from check in to walking out. Haircuts mediocre at best- but most disappointing was the customer service. When I tried to speak to staff and then management about our experience we received eye rolls and head shakes only. After several years of enjoying this location we won’t be back.

I took me and my son here for the first time and I was blown away . The haircut, service and all was first rate. We will definitely recommend here to anyone that this is the place to go and I know we are going back. I'm going to start taking myself and my sons here for now on.

1st visit...Went in for a trim and was treated to so much more! Warm towel, massage, great cut and wonderful conversation with my stylist Whitney. Whitney was professional, and extremely informative, providing information on how best to care for my natural hair in between cuts. Location was clean, and although busy, was orderly. Definitely returning in 2 weeks!
